Our rustic 3-bedroom A-frame home is designed for comfort and connection. The ground level includes one bedroom, bathroom, and laundry, while the open-plan living and kitchen area—with a northerly aspect—fills with soft winter light and opens onto a private front deck. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a family room lead out to a balcony with a peaceful treed outlook—perfect for quiet mornings or relaxed afternoons. Located in picturesque Balnarring Beach, you’ll have access to the best of the Mornington Peninsula—from award-winning wineries and cosy restaurants to scenic coastal walks and nature trails, all ideal for exploring in the cooler months.
