Our rustic 3-bedroom A-frame home is designed for comfort and connection. The ground level includes one bedroom, bathroom, and laundry, while the open-plan living and kitchen area—with a northerly aspect—fills with soft winter light and opens onto a private front deck. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and a family room lead out to a balcony with a peaceful treed outlook—perfect for quiet mornings or relaxed afternoons. Located in picturesque Balnarring Beach, you’ll have access to the best of the Mornington Peninsula—from award-winning wineries and cosy restaurants to scenic coastal walks and nature trails, all ideal for exploring in the cooler months. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
