Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties. 2. The maximum number of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 10. 3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. __________________________________ All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking will result in automatic cancellation. * Bookings made within 24 to 48 hours is subject to housekeeping and cleaner availability Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including the outdoor entertaining area, pool and secure double garage. Strictly no parties or events. The responsible adult making the booking must be aged 25 or over. Only booked guests are permitted at the property and allowed to use the home and facilities. Pets: Small dogs may be considered with prior approval. A maximum of 2 non-shedding small dogs under 10kg are welcome by request. The home includes 2 dog doors, and there are dog-friendly beaches and walking areas nearby. Approved pets must remain off furniture and out of bedrooms.
