This Retreat combines 2 homes providing 8 bedrooms to create a space for 20 guests, with a pool, sauna, mini golf, 2 kitchens. About the space A private, dual-home escape perfect for families, friends, or groups who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space. With two full houses this is your base for relaxing, entertaining, and making memories on the Mornington Peninsula. House One: You’ll find an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space downstairs, flowing out to the pool area. Upstairs, there’s a second living room with TV. You’ll have two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuites. One on each level, with the upstairs room also opening to a private balcony. Down the hallway you’ll find a powder room, a queen bedroom, a bunkroom sleeping four, and a main bathroom with a bath. Both Homes have lifts to access the upper floor. House Two The adjoining home sleeps 10 and includes two queen bedrooms and a bunkroom downstairs (also sleeping four), plus a full bathroom. Upstairs is a light-filled open living and dining area with a balcony with BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a master bedroom with king bed, ensuite, and private balcony. Please note there is a large sliding gate in the backyard opening the 2 spaces up as one. No access between homes from inside.
