No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 4 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited. 7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances. 8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
